Today it is 4 weeks until I get onto a SAA plane and jet off to the UK. I am VERY excited!!!!! While there I will obviously potter around in the cold looking for great coffee shops and cafes. Can you just imagine… the cold chill in the air, me in my boots, coat, scarf and beanie, with a piping hot cup of coffee in hand, while I sit on a park bench and watch the ducks swim by. Living the dream right 🙂
So I did a little research and while I am in Edinburgh over New Year I reckon these two places will be the perfect stop off to warm up. Artisan Roast Coffee Shop and Coffee Angel Cafe. Each quite different in look and feel but I am sure both will produce some delicious coffee.
I must say I cannot wait to explore this beautiful city. A part of me wishes my life was based on a Jane Austin novel so you can imagine the joy I feel knowing I will be walking amidst green rolling hills, castles and parks. Sigh!
I so look forward to blogging about these places and hope to inspire you to visit Edinburgh and try some of its local coffee.
