This granadilla pudding brings back so many memories from my childhood. My mom would make it whenever we had a lot of people over for dinner cause it is super easy to make and serves the masses.
My mum is spending the weekend with me and so for dinner tonight we are having a roast, and granadilla pudding for dessert. YUM!
1 Packet of Tennis Biscuits
1 Tin of Condensed Milk (385g)
1 Tin of Granadilla Pulp (110g)
1 Box of Granadilla Jelly Powder
1 Cup Hot Water
250ml Cream
1 Flake Chocolate
And this is how you make it…
In a mixing bowl mix the jelly powder with 1 cup of hot water.
Stir in the granadilla pulp and then the tin of condensed milk.
Stir for about 2 minutes as it thickens.
Place the rest of the tennis biscuits on top of the mixture.
Pour the remainder of the mixture on top of the tennis biscuits layer.
Place in the fridge to set.
Sprinkle the flake on top.
Serve.
So simple, and oh so tasty!
