I found this great graphic on Roast Republic‘s Facebook page this morning all about The Chemistry of Coffee.

Did you know that knowing the chemistry of coffee makes a massive difference when roasting. The coffee you love to drink at home or at a coffee shop is not just coffee. Baristas go through a whole process finding out flavour profiles while roasting the coffee and then cupping it once roasted. What is cupping? Have a look HERE.
